All Friends Animal Hospital

This is definitely the go to Vet. Staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgable. They show concern for the pet and owner. Reason for the 4 star rating is they are not totally digitally though they present to be. They provide an email address on the site, no acknowledgment to mail sent. Never know if mail is being received or responded to. Online appointment schedule request needs attention in mobile responses. Outside of learning the digital world, pet care is utmost.

Tried calling for an appointment for my parents dog, must have tried 3-4 times in various time slots over 2 days, also left a message for them to call me back and they never did. When I finally got through, the lady on the phone was not friendly, she didn’t tell me to hold or let me know she’s checking on available dates, it was silence for about 30 seconds and I thought she hung up on me. Not the best customer service I have experienced.

Their lack of customer service is unprofessional and they will lie to patients to make themselves look better. I was told I was speaking to the manager and only corporate was above her. After requesting corporates number and her putting me on hold another person comes on saying she’s the manager and the other was the assistant. Is there even a corporate number? This place is not worth going to.

Incompent staff. They cremated my boy without taking the ink pawprint I ordered. They told me “we never charged you for it” they actually think it was about MONEY?? They think that should make me feel better?? Also he was suffering and his appointment was at 2:20 to end his sufferering. I had to go out of quiet room at 2:50 and ask where the doctor was! She came in all cavalier after coming out of her office, she wasnt even with patients! We didnt say anything when she finally came in because it would have further stressed our Ricky in his final moments. They also qouted euthansia w cremation over phone, then charged additional wellness visit upon arrival so it was significantly more. We knew he wasn’t well. The receptionist said it was because we had not been there recent enough as we winter in GA now. They just wanted more money, It’s ALL about money there! One month prior, I had called to get him in same day as he was very ill vomiting and dehydrating. They told me that because it was thirteen months since he had been seen instead of twelve that I would have to wait until next morning to try to get him in. We took him to a different office same day, he was treated, hydrated and we took him home. We should have stayed w the different vet hospital when he needed euthanasia, I would prob be comforted with his ink paw print today! AVOID the All friends Animal Hospital if you love your pets. I have harnessed the power of social media and will continue to do so to prevent this irreversible incompetence from happening to your furbabies.
